Members of of FICA, the Federation of India Community organizations of Northeast Ohio performed Dandiya Raas traditional folk dance from Vrindavan, India, where it is performed depicting scenes of Holi, and lila of Krishna and Radha.

Remember, the International Folk Festival was sponsored by the International Services Center (ISC) which was established in 1916 as a non-sectarian, private non-profit refugee resettlement and social services agency.
