On November 27, 2012, the Cleveland Council on World Affairs hosted an event at the Cleveland Museum of Art in celebration of the Exhibit Wari: Lords of the Ancient Andes.

In addition to a tour of the exhibit a reception was held introducing the Peruvian Ambassador to the United States, Mr. Harold Forsyth. Ambassador Forsyth spoke of Peru and its relationship with the United States and invited everyone to come visit his homeland.

Ambassador Forsyth took the opportunity during this visit to meet with Cleveland Mayor Frank Jackson where they discussed trade and business opportunities.
