Cleveland Palestinian Community One World Day Cleveland Cultural Gardens August 24, 2025
The Cleveland Palestinian Community demonstrated their heritage at One World Day in the Cleveland Cultural Gardens on the site of their new, in-progress Cultural Garden. One World Day has been the official event of the Cleveland Cultural Gardens Federation since 1946.
The Palestinian Community participated in the Parade of Flags which had 1500 people from over 53 countries.

They then hosted visitors at the site of their new Cultural Garden on MLK.
The theme of the 2025 One World Day was "Textiles." At the Palestine Cultural Garden, sponsored by the Palestinian American Heritage Society, we learned about some of their traditional textiles including Majdawali, Kuffiyeh, Tatreez and Thobe. Watch.
