John Borkowski, President of the Polish American Congress Ohio Division told of the importance and significance of the Constitution of May 3, 1791 at the 2013 celebration of Polish Constitution Day in Parma Ohio. The Polish Constitution was the first European written constitution and preceeded only by the US constitution in 1787.

Television broadcaster and best-selling author Edward Zawadzki came from Canada to speak at the 2013 Polish Constitution Day Parade in Parma Ohio. He told of the importance of the Constitution of 1791 and the impact of Polish people on the world. He wrote the book Poles in the New World.

Rev. Stan Bilinski, Pastor of St Mary Polish National Catholic Church, gave the Benediction in Polish and then in English.

Walter Borkowski led the crowd in God Bless America and then in Sto lat at the 2013 Polish Constitution Day ceremony in Parma, Ohio. Mark Relovsky, Polish American Congress of Ohio First Vice President, then encouraged people to 'Party like we're Polish!'
