She spoke about discovering her Father's experience in the Polish uprising and the aftermath of her best-selling book on the topic.

The Keynote Speaker was Dr. James S. Pula, Professor of History at Purdue University. Dr. Pula is also Editor of The Polish American Encyclopedia. The first part of his presentation was on the life of Ignacy Jan Paderewski.
