The Greater American Lithuanian Community in Cleveland commemorated and celebrated Lithuania's independence, spirit, and culture on Friday, March 13, 2026 at the Cleveland City Hall Rotunda. See photos and video of the Lithuanian event..

After the speeches, the Lithuanian Folk Dance Group Svyturys performed several traditional dances. Their first dance was Gabija. Watch.

The next dance was Sidabro Lakiute.

This dance was Zolynelis.

This was their final dance. Richard Sirvinskas, president of the Lithuanian American Community Cleveland Chapter gave final remarks as did Mistress of Ceremonies Gaja Milevicius.
