Once the whistle was blown, the 148th Cleveland St Patrick's Day Parade began with the 2015 honorees including Grand Marshal Daniel M. Corcoran, Irish Mother Patricia Hollywood, Co-Chairs Fr. Bob Begin and Maire O'Leary Manning. They were followed by dignitaries, the Parade Committee and Public Officials including Cleveland Mayor Frank Jackson, Cuyahoga County Executive Armond Budish, Ohio Supreme Court Judge Terrence O'Donnell, Cleveland Councilmen Anthony Brancatelli, Joe Cimperman, Jeff Johnson, Mamie Mitchell, Mike Polensek and Matt Zone.
