Along with various cultural performances such as those listed above, there was a lot more. For example, there were martial arts performances.

Here is a video of part of Sifu John Cosma's performance with swords, spears and the like. He specializes in traditional Chinese Internal arts which encompass a spectrum of human refinement techniques stemming from Taoist practices.

12 year old Aaron He and his brother Alexander are on the US National Wushu Team. MC Lynna Lai introduced Aaron who gave a demonstration of his martial arts skills and then answered some questions from Lynna Lai.

There was also a demonstration of traditional Chinese Bamboo Flutes.
