Sergey Edilyan is the new Honorary Consul of the Republic of Armenia in Ohio. He was honored at an official Inauguration Ceremony on June 6, 2025 in the Rotunda of Cleveland City Hall. Among the honored guests in attendance was Her Excellency Lilit Makunts, Ambassador of Armenia to the United States.

The program began with a quartet playing the national anthems of the United States and Armenia.

The special event marked a significant milestone in strengthening the diplomatic, cultural and economic ties between Armenia and the State of Ohio. Watch a video of their remarks.
