Global Cleveland Welcome Week Diplomacy Panel Cleveland Public Library - Louis Stokes Wing September 18, 2025
As part of 2025 Global Cleveland, Global Cleveland hosted a panel at the Cleveland Public Library titled From Neighborhoods to Nations: The Power of Sub-National Diplomacy. The purpose was to explore how cities, counties and states play a powerful role in advancing global collaboration, economic opportunity and international engagement.
Global Cleveland CEO Joe Cimperman was the MC and Former Ambassador Heather Hodges was the moderator. The the panel included the Consul General of the Republic of Slovenia Suzana Cesarek, Honorary Consul of France Cedric LeRouge, CCWA Director of International Exchanges Andrew Kovach and Honorary Consul of the UK Sandra Morgan.
